STAMPtember KSS and SSS Release - Ray of Sunshine

I used the images from Ray of Sunshine by Kitchen Sink Stamps to create this slimline design for STAMPtember at Simon Says Stamp. This wonderful set is available only at Simon Says Stamps until they are sold out. Once it's gone, its gone!

To create the sky background at the top of the card, I used Kitchen Sink Stamps' Cloudy Skies SVG cut stencil and Bashful Blue ink by Stampin' Up. The fence at the bottom was created with designer paper by the Paper Studio.

The flowers, leaves, butterfly, and the word Sunshine were cut using the KSS SVG cut files which are available at KSS for use with this set. To lift the two top sunflower blossoms up high, I hand cut two stems and colored them with Altenew Grass Fields and Evergreen ink.

Using the SVG cut butterfly allowed me to stamp the butterfly with deeper colors  so that it would stand out boldly against the sunflower background. It was glued in place over the fully stamped sunflower.
