How Sweet It Is - House-Mouse Valentine

Mixed the SCS Weekly Sketch #787 with these delightful House-Mouse images to add another Valentine to my stash. Before this Valentine's Day card gets mailed, it will be used as part of table decorations at a men's bake sale auction this Sunday.

The House- Mouse images are by Stampabilities and the designer paper is by Echo Park.

Cats - SCS784

Today I am sharing the card I created for Sketch Challenge 784 over at Splitcoaststampers. I have been playing along in that challenge for about 15 years now when I am able. I have made many friends through challenges there and still am a huge fan and faithful follower of their forum and gallery! Back in the day, I was a die-hard challenge chaser and did their challenges almost daily as soon as they were posted. Now I am able to fit in about 2 challenges a week, but I still visit daily.

For today's card I used Feline Good by The Project Bin. The only ink used was Versafine Onyx Black. The papers include black and white cardstock from Recollections and designer paper from Playful Pets Mat Stack by DCWV.

SCS Sketch Challenge 773

Since the beginning of October, I have been helping to supply samples for the lovely ladies who make up the Design Team for the Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge. Here is a link to this week's challenge: SC773.

For this week's sketch I decided I wanted to do a holiday scene card and include all three of the circles in the scene. To accomplish this, I stamped two copies of the same exact scene using my stamp positioner. I then die cut the larger center circle from one and the two smaller circles from the other. This made lining them up a breeze.

The images are from Snow Front from the holiday mini by Stampin' Up. The sentiment is by Verve. I mounted them on a panel embossed with a 3-D embossing plate by Sizzix.

Sisters Stamp!

My sister came to town this week to celebrate Father's Day, and we always find some time to steal away to do some sister stamping. I used it to create this card for the Splitcoaststampers' Sketch Challenge 598 and Word Art Wednesday's Challenge #236-237.

However, I have a real soft spot in my heart for the adorable little mice from House-Mouse Designs, Inc. My collection currently stands at 24 and this little cutie I used today I have owned for over a year, but have never inked.

When I saw today's sketch challenge at Splitcoaststampers, I knew this was the day! Doesn't he make the sweetest Valentine??
