CCEE2105 - Thank a Mailman Day

Manal Habib is our CCEE hostess for challenges for the month of February.

Manal says, "Its been really cold, however, the warmth of gifts from loved ones has succeeded in making us happy.

We wouldn't have been able to send or receive anything if there were no mailmen out there who deliver happiness to our doorsteps.

Let's thank them for all the efforts they make!"

Therefore she has asked the CCEE Stampers to create a project that features a mailman/ postman, letter box, letters, mail truck or envelopes.

Here is what I came up with:

Flying Man by Deep Red

Special Delivery by Papertrey Ink

Designer Paper from The Once Upon a Time Stack by DCWV.

CCEE2009 - Pocket Cards

As Anne's final challenge to the CCEE Stampers for the month of February, she has tasked us with creating pocket cards.  Her instructions were to use any technique to make one.

Well, I have this fun denim pocket image from Deep Red that I felt would make a fun masculine birthday card for a friend. The HEB pull-out gift card will allow him to pick up a six pack of this favorite brew and celebrate BIG!!

The designer paper is from the twilight pack by One Canoe Two and the sentiment is from My Man, My Friend by Picket Fence Studios.

CCEE1923 - Back to School

This is the 60th anniversary of CCEE June hostess, Lois Bak's graduation from high school -- June 9, 1959.   So her challenge for the team this week is to make a card depicting our favorite subject in school.

Well, my favorite subject was art! I guess that is why in retirement, it continues to be such a huge part of my everyday life.

I have created a card with features a wonderful Picasso quote which I purchased from Deep Red

Poultry Day - CCEE1611

Frances is our CCEE hostess for the month of March, and these are her instructions to all CCEE Stampers:

Saturday is Poultry Day. So let's be inspired by Poultry when creating our cards this week… Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys, Geese, Emus, Ostriches, etc., or Eggs. As Easter is just over a week away, you could create an Easter card but this is optional. Bonus points if you  include Green on your card to celebrate St. Patrick's Day which is today.

Looks like I have gone for the bonus points!! I hope there is a cash prize involved!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

Join us this week and post a card for this challenge on the CCEE Stampers Blog!

The images are from Rubber Ducky Multi Step Clear Stamps and St. Patrick's Day 4 Ducky & Teddy Multi Step Clear Stamps by Kitchen Sink Stamps. The sentiment is from Deep Red.
