Daisy Heart Valentine - Kitchen Sink Stamps

Today's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored design is a Valentine featuring images from Sweetheart Daisies and Bold Holiday Greetings. I created the background using the SVG cut stencil Cascading Hearts, Distress Oxide Inks, gold acrylic paint, and bubble wrap.

The daisy heart was stamped on an SVG cutout. The fun thing about SVGs is that you can alter the size to make a matching mat for the stamp. I wanted more contrast between the daisies and the handmade background, so I cut a white heart mat by increasing the size of the SVG by .4 inches. I love how it turned out!

I have entered this Valentine in the following challenges this week:

One Cup at a Time - Kitchen Sink Stamps

For this week's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored design, I reached for the Coffee & Friends set, as well as Heart & Roses (which was the very first KSS set I ever purchased way back in 2008). I am never able to start my day without a heavily creamed cup of steaming coffee. It always gets the day off to a good start and sets the tone for tackling the challenges of the day!

Today for the first time, I stamped the coffee cup and saucer twice. Once in reds and once in yellows. I then trimmed the yellow cup off of its saucer and glued it to the top of the red cup and saucer. I like the contrast of color and hope you do, too! The cup and saucer, as well as the rosebud, stem, and leaves  were stamped on cut SVG files also available at Kitchen Sink Stamps. They were then arranged and glued on the speckled pink cardfront. All inks are by Altenew except for the Versafine Clair Pinecone sentiment.

I have entered this card in the following challenges this week:

This Moose be Love - Kitchen Sink Stamps

I have chosen to share a non-traditional masculine Valentine (or it could serve as an anniversary card) as this week's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored design. It uses images from Mighty Moose and Birch Trees. The sentiments come from Mighty Moose, Coffee Mate Greetings, and Bold Holiday Greetings. The 3-D embossed tree ring background is by Sizzix. The heart-shaped die is by Spellbinders.

The moose and the birch trees were stamped on SVG cut files also available from Kitchen Sink Stamps for use with your electronic cutting device. I use the Cricut Joy to cut all of mine.

I have entered this card in the following challenges this week:

Sending New Year Cheer - Kitchen Sink Stamps

Today's Kitchen Sink Stamps' sponsored design was created to welcome in 2024 and to wish you each a wonderful new year filled with peace and hope.

This A2 card has a blended and embossed background which was spritzed with water. Once it had dried, I added giant glitter glue confetti. The Champagne flutes were stamped on cut SVG files and then adhered to the card front of the card along with the sentiments.
