Bunny and Tulips

I love this sweet bunny and am including him on all of my Easter cards this year!! On today's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored design, I have paired Honey Bunny and Tulip Garden and sentiments from Bold Holiday Greetings and Coffee Mate Greetings. 

This is a single layer card with the tulips, grass, and sentiment stamped directly on the A2 card front. The bunny was stamped on an SVG cut file also available at Kitchen Sink Stamps and cut out using my Cricuit Joy. It was attached over the grass and tulips.

2nd Monday - Let's Make a Scene - KSS

Today is the second Monday of the month so I am sharing with you a scenic card made with a variety of Kitchen Sink Stamps. Today's design was created using Bicycle Multi Step Clear Stamps, Tulip Garden Multi Step Clear Stamps, Bitty Tulip Bouquet Multi Step Clear Stamps, and Honey Bunny Multi Step Clear Stamps. (post sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps)

I worked from front to back to create this design. I stamped and masked the large tulips. I then stamped the bicycle and masked the basket to add the small tulips. I then sponged the grass and sky before finishing with the fringe of grass across the bottom of the card and the sentiment.

Spring Tulips

I got to take a little road trip up to east Texas this weekend and could not believe all the gorgeous flowers I saw. The wild flowers along the highway included bluebonnets, Indian paintbrushes, winecups, primroses, and crimson clover. I saw dogwood trees covered with snowy white blooms, redbud trees, and flower beds lined with tulips. The tulips were a beautiful coral color and inspired my designs today for Kitchen Sink Stamps.  (Post sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps).

Today's simple 10 minute Kitchen Sink design is a double heart valentine on an embossed background. I used my Nestabilities to cut a white heart to stamp on and a colored heart to shadow the stamped heart from behind.

Baskets of Blossoms - KSS 10 Minute Design 75

Since I had not cleared my work space after creating my card for the Queen for the Day SCS Challenge, the KSS baskets were still opened on my desk. I thought the baskets would look sensational with more of my KSS flowers so I included them as the focus of this week's 10 minute design. This is another one layer creation. I love when I can create with just stamps and ink on paper.

I stamped the basket first and then stamped the grass over it. I then masked the top line of the basket and added the flowers. If you don't have the baskets in your KSS collection yet, you're going to want them! What fun I had filling them with beautiful flowers!
