Today is Vinyl Record Day! Vinyl Records for the longest time have been a thing of the past. But in recent years, they have started to make a big comeback with even new albums being released. For our CCEE Stampers Challenge this week hostess Frances Byrne is making it all about the music. She is awarding bonus points if we included an image of a vinyl record on our card. Since I added three, maybe I'll get triple points!
Check out the ways in which the CCEE DT worked vinyl into their cards this week!
Super card, Lynn! Those records are out of this world - love the shading to mimic that plastic when it hits the light! I still have my old childhood vinyls - and now my kids get them! Who knew!
ReplyDeleteLove this, definitely get bonus points for 3 lol
ReplyDeleteLove this and forgot all about that design paper I have like this!! I love that shine on the records too!
ReplyDeleteLove the background paper on your card, Lynn! And I'll give you the extra bonus points because I love your three records!
ReplyDeleteLynn, this is such a fun vinyl-themed card! I love it!
ReplyDeleteThis is super fun Lynn!! LOVE the vinyl records and that awesome paper on your card!
ReplyDeleteI just saw another vinyl record card. Everyone is doing a great job. They are so cute. I remember vinyls and 8 tracks when I was a teenager. How annoying when the needle broke and you didn't have an extra one. And, oh.........what a bummer if your favorite record got scratched. Some albums we played until we drove our poor mother crazy... ReplyDeleteWonderful vinyl record card- and love your perfect DP. Such a fun challenge to make a card for! I had so many albums and 45's.... still have just a few.....
ReplyDeleteOh what a fun card Lynn, I love the vinyl records and that gorgeous background paper!
ReplyDeleteI love the vinyl records you added to the card. Nicely done and what a fun music card too. I know my bubby still has 1 vinyl record it has his all time favorite version of a song on it. He looked for years for it on disk and finally found it so he could convert it to digital.
ReplyDeleteOMG Lynn what a great card! Loved how you put this all together!
