This apple set is so adorable. It is a mini set which includes a wealth of fun sentiments. I used the apple SVG file as well as the branch and leaf SVG stencil file to create this card. Instead of cutting a stencil, I just cut the branch and leaves and attached them to the BasicGray designer paper before adding the apple.

To create this summer scene, I stamped the tree from Trees Multi Step Clear Stamps on the right first on the blue cardfront and then added the die cut grass. The grassy edge die is from My Favorite Things. I stamped a bit of grass on top of it with a layer of the grass from Honey Bunny Multi Step Clear Stamps. I then stamped the climbing vine on a gray cardstock panel before embossing it with the SU brick wall embossing folder. The sentiment is from Bold 4 Seasons Greetings.
I used the Climbing Roses SVG cut files to cut out the roses and butterfly for stamping and attaching to the brick wall. If you have an electronic cutting machine PLEASE remember that you can select the SVG file for free when you purchase the stamp set. I just recently added the Cricut Joy to my work station and what a game changer!!

I am going to close out today's post with three Christmas cards created with the two new holiday sets. The Teardrop Christmas Ornaments set have a fabulous pine branch and ornaments in a number of sizes. I used the Teardrop Christmas Ornament SVG file to cut the shapes before stamping. The sentiment is from Big & Bold Christmas Greetings.
The Teardrop Christmas Ornaments set also includes this sweet pine cone which I used along with the tip of the pine branch to create this simple inchie holiday design. The sentiment is from Holly & Mistletoe Multi Step Clear Stamps. The designer paper and glittery ribbon is from the Paper Studio.
This final card for today was created with the new Christmas Lights Multi Step Clear Stamps which is a mini set but really packs a punch for the holidays. It comes with three different sized and shaped light bulbs with sockets. I have used the largest bulb here, but the two smaller ones have faceted surfaces which look so beautiful. Again I used the Christmas Lights SVG file to cut the bulbs and sockets before stamping. Be sure to order yours when you order the set to get it for free!

ReplyDeleteAwesome cards Lynn, Love the texture you added to the leaves of the apple card... I always love your scene cards, the tree has amazing details with all of the ink layers... and I love the vintage feel of the Christmas cards. The large light bulbs of the Christmas lights remind me of my childhood.
