Welcome to another challenge with the CCEE team. September hostess, Maryann Einam was inspired by the set back stamping tutorial found at Jennifer McGuire Ink (Sharing Handmade Kindness) which uses stamps and coordinating dies. It is a layering method which creates drama and dimension.
After a failed attempt with a cupcake and another one with a poppy, I finally got one to work fairly well using a Texas bluebonnet from Deadbeat Designs.

ReplyDeleteFabulous job with this technique Lynn, I love using this kind of technique, it is great even for small simple cards... it helps to give dimension on small images without popping them up and makes them easier to go through the mail. I will usually just just the die in the middle of the card, I love this broken up negative A LOT. So pretty my dear.
