A Quick Note from the Past!

Here it is Kitchen Sink Monday and I wanted to share with you a sample from one of my favorite sets from the newly released stamp sets from the Sink! The Letters from the Past Multi Step Clear Stamps set is sooooooooooooo easy to work with and just as versatile!!

I selected the colors for this card from a sheet of Granola by BasicGrey. I stamped the script over the designer paper using Creamy Caramel by Stampin' Up. The first layer of the pen was stamped with Going Gray stamped off once. The second layer was Buckaroo Blue. I wiped the pen's nib clean of ink and used a dabber to sponge on Basic Gray ink. I then stamped off once before applying this layer to the pen. For the third layer, I again inked the pen with Buckaroo Blue. I wiped the nib of the pen clean and dabbed on Versafine Onyx Black. I then stamped the final layer of the pen!

The sentiment comes from 3 Step School Days and is stamped in Basic Gray.
