For this week's CCEE Challenge, I am featuring a background technique known as watercolor bokeh. The word bokeh is a photography term which describes the way a camera lens creates out-of-focus points of light.
Here is an excellent SCS tutorial which explains the steps taken to create this unique look. Take a peek at it if you are not familiar with this background technique.
