CCEE1602 - Hats

Our CCEE Hostess for the month, Frances, has asked that we include a hat in our creations to honor national Hat Day which is January 15. Play along with us this week and link your design to the CCEE Blog!

 For today's challenge this Texas girl has thrown a cowboy hat on one of Tim Holtz's crazy birds! Yee haw, ya'll!

    Yee-Haw is right! Aren't these birds fun??! I love the Stetson on the bird, and the tilt of the hat is really Old West! Fab!

    Why did I immediately think LBJ for this card? The hat looked like his, this bird looks like a diehard democrat, and he also was mmarried to his Lady Bird!!! So very Texan and so adorable, Lynn!

    Yee-Haw is SO RIGHT! LOVE this one Lynn. As soon as I saw the crazy birds I thought of putting a cowboy hat on him and kept thinking I had the hat somewhere! Now, I know where I have it - so a double yee-haw! Love, love, love your card!
