10 Minute 1 Layer Reverse Mask

With postage prices on the rise again, one layer cards with no embellishment are beginning to have more and more appeal to me. To create a little additional depth today, I cut a square reverse mask and sponged a little ground and sky in the background for each card. I then stamped the image partially outside the "box" and added a sentiment for Kitchen Sink Stamps 10 Minute Challenge 58.

I would love to see your creations using this quick and simple technique. Should you wish to share your KSS creation for this challenge in the Kitchen Sink Gallery, be sure to add keyword 10MC58.

  18. I hear you about postage costs and like you I am rethinking how many embellishments I put on a card that I need to mail. All your cards are fabulous Lynn and my fav would be the first one.
