Believe it or not, some of the Texas Panhandle actually had temperatures below freezing early yesterday! In my neck of the Texas woods we see snow only about once ever dozen years so we spend most of our time dreaming of a White Christmas. The last one we had was in 2004!!

Today is opening day for the {BYSHC} Falling for the Holidays 2025 Linky Party! I love this fabulous event! Not only does it give me the opportunity to build my stash of Christmas cards for this year, but also the generous sponsors of the event provide a truckload of wonderful prizes to be given out to participants. How awesome is that? Since I am currently working on Christmas card sets to donate for charity auctions in my community, the timing for me is absolutely perfect.
At the last event, I won one of the gift certificates from Unity! Therefore I am starting out the Falling for the Holidays event by posting a card which features a stunning Unity image. I hope you like it.
For today's Christmas card design I used the violin from the Mini Musical Instruments die set by Spellbinders. The poinsettia and pine are from the Skating into the Holidays die set also by Spellbinders. The sentiment which was stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturn ink is from the stamp set Camel by Gina Marie Designs. I brushed the edges of the card with Tea Dye Distress Oxide Ink by Ranger.

I needed a couple of masculine birthday cards for family members this week so here is what I came up with.
I need lots of birthday cards for August! This one was created using Shipmate dies and an Anchors Away stamp from Spellbinders. The die cut Birthday Wishes is from Impression Obsession. The background was stenciled with the Clouds and Waves stencil from Unity.
I created these two cards for my great grandsons using Sketch Challenge 1074 over at Splitcoaststampers which was posted this morning. The designer paper is from the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Pack by Stampin' Up. The stickers are all from the Paper Studio while Mickey and Minnie were created using Spellbinders' Steamboat Willie Duo dies.
Card number 7 for the BYSHC Linky Party was create using a die cut snowman from Impression Obsessions, Pine Tree dies from Rubbernecker, and a sentiment from Joy to the World by Gina K. Designs.

This is going to be a fun week with BYSH Cardmakers holding their annual Christmas is July Linky Party. What a great time to start building my stash of Christmas cards for 2025!
The first card I have made for the Linky Party uses Cocoa Greetings which is the Small Die of the Month for July 2025 from Spellbinders along with their Clear Stamp + Die of the Month, Stay Snuggly. The background embossing folder is also from Spellbinders (EOM-Oct23).
