A huge congratulations to SuperJen who was the first person to match the Kitchen Sink Crew members with the stamp set they requested that Maria design! I can't wait to see what she has Maria design for us for September! Maybe it will be backyard camping related! Only Jen knows!

Most of my friends had no problem matching me with the new Guitar Multi Step Clear Stamps. I come from a long, long line of musicians and on most holidays you will find many of us gathered in my parents' living room with guitars and percussion instruments of all kind playing and singing. My sister and nephew are the guitarists in the bunch. I chose the guitar to honor my sister and the years of work and dedication she has given as a musician with the Karios ministry.

I wanted very masculine cards today so I went with a gray and black color scheme. The 10 minute design is a single layer card created by masking the guitar to add the musical notes.

Someone I know had foot surgery this week so I thought this adorable House-Mouse image would make a perfect card for her. I also included a swatch of fabric I purchased while on an out-of-town trip with her a few months ago. In order to include my card in the current House-Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge (HMFMC147), I needed include a charm. This is one I created with Shrinky Dinks a while back using an old Stampin' Up set called Nice & Easy Notes. I hope my card brings a smile to my friend's face and lifts her spirits as she rests and heals.

KSS Giveaway Finalists!

This card was inspired by the Father Mows Best t-shirt from Uncle Dan's The Great Outdoor Store! I entered it in Inspiration Challenge 393 at Splitcoaststampers. To create this design I used The Lawn Ranger Set by Art Impressions, Inc. and Honey Bunny (grass) and Trees from Kitchen Sink Stamps.

Today I wanted to create cards which let the new images shine on their own. The only exception today is in the 10 Minutes and 10 Minutes More cards where I did mix in layer 3 of the moon from Owl & Autumn Moon as a sun for my tropical paradise! But, of course, I am just itching to start mixing them in with all my other KSS images. Expect to see some fun combinations later this week!

I know you all have been anxiously waiting for a close look at the new Kitchen Sink images so I am going to share a flood of samples with you today. I just couldn't help myself.
