Fall Colors - CCEE 1443

This week the CCEE Challenge is all about the rich, beautiful colors of autumn. I love the wonderfully amazing colors and textures of autumn leaves so I used them to create a birthday card for a dear friend. Looks like I got a little heavy-handed with the gold painty pen! I know she will love it anyway!

Stamps: Season of Change by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps
Sentiment by Kitchen Sink Stamps
Papers: Crumb Cake, Ruby Red, Real Rust, Pumpkin Pie, and Summer Sun by Stampin' Up
Inks: Memento Peanut Brittle, Tangelo, and Potter's Clay, Versafine
Tools: Sweet 'n Sassy Leaf Dies, SU Oval Punches, Darice Embossing Folder, Gold Paint Pen
Embellishment: Ribbon, Gold Cord, and Gold Glitter Embossing Powder

Check out the autumn beauties created by the CCEE Team
and then create a card to share in this challenge.

  7. I love the gold added to that embossing folder for a lovely background for your autumn leaves. Beautiful card!

  8. Oh no, I don't think you overdid the gold pen at all. It was one of the first things I noticed, but only to think how really lovely it looked and to note that I must mention that in my comment ;-). The embossed (debossed?) background is really lovely too.

  9. Wow, sensational card for Fall! Love the gold, perfect touch if you ask me!

  10. Wow, Lynn, this is a stunner. Love the embossed background and all the gold accents.
