Two Challenges for Tangled Up in Creativity

My first challenge card was created for Danie's Tangled Up in Creativity Challenge. She asked that we honor Australia Day by using green and yellow card stock to create our card. Only card stock and ink could be used in creating this card: no designer papers, no ribbon, no bling.

Stamps: Multi Step Giant Sunflower and Sweet Heart Roses by Kitchen Sink Stamps
Papers: Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, and Whisper White by Stampin' Up
Inks: Sunflower - 3 SU More Mustard, 2 SU Marigold Morning, 1 SU Daffodil Delight,
4 SU Soft Suede, 5 SU Early Espresso
Leaves: 1 SU Pear Pizzazz, 2 SU Pear Pizzazz, 3 SU Old Olive

The second TUIC challenge was sponsored by Molly and is an inspiration challenge. We were to photograph something we received for Christmas and use it as the inspiration for our card. Well, I collect "green" grocery bags and was thrilled to receive this one made with BasicGrey jovial designs.

I used mostly punches to create this card for Molly's Challenge.

Stamps: Friends of the Moon and Other Important People by Kitchen Sink Stamps
Papers: jovial by BasicGrey, Handsome Hunter, Kiwi Kiss, Cherry Cobbler, Poppy Parade, and Whisper White by Stampin' Up
Inks: SU More Mustard and Memento Tuxedo Black
Tools: EKSuccess and SU Punches

Love your cards Lynn! What a terrific thing to receive, A Basic Grey shopping bag ( Basic Grey backsides are my all time favourite papers).
I really am inspired by the graphic design of your second card and just might have to snaffle it.
Have a Happy Day!

These are both fantastic! I love the giant sunflower and the way you made the flower out of hearts in the second card.

Love both the cards for the challenges Lynn. The sunflower says summer and I can hardly wait. You can get some amazing green bags these days and your card emulated the bag wonderfully
