This week's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored slimline design is a Father's Day card featuring images from Mallard Ducks, Ocean Waters, Shoreline Rocks, and Seaside Seagull. The clouds were created with KSS' Cloudy Skies SVG cut stencil. The sentiment is from Bold Holiday Greetings.

CCEE2121 - Celebrating National Road Trip Day
CCEE May Challenge Hostess, Liz Williams says, "Wow, it has finally arrived, and I have had all my vaccines, so maybe this year can mean a road trip!! May 28th is National Road Trip Day!! Your creation might include a map, a wonderful scene, or an exhausting shopping spree to a great out-of-town spot you haven't ventured to in quite some time. You might want to include the car if you would like on your card. Have fun, and if a road trip is still not on your agenda, take a virtual one in your imagination."
Sounds good to me! I can't wait to get out on the road again. My card features some of those fabulous girlfriends from Art Impressions.

CCEE2120 - International Tiara Day
May 20th is International Tiara Day, and also the birthday of Queen Victoria. So Liz Williams, our May CCEE Stampers Hostess, has asked the CCEE Stampers to get out our crowns, gemstones, and gold to see what we can create that would be fit for a queen. She says it can be a card or crown for the favorite little princess in your life, or maybe you love the look of Victorian styled art and decor. All she asks is that we have fun and be creative.
I used my WeRMemory Keepers Word Punch to create the sentiment bars.
Glitter is a stamp by Crafters' Companion.
Here are the designs of the CCEE DT fit for a queen:

Islands in the Sea - KSS
I tried something new (to me) on today's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored card. Although I have been using my Cricut Joy for almost a year now, until this morning, I had never inserted the pen and used it to create my sentiment. That will be changing today. What fun to print some of my favorite quotes directly onto a card front featuring my favorite images!
It is no secret to my followers that the ocean and the beach are two of my favorite places to be, as well as, favorite themes for my cards. In this time of challenge and change, this William James quote spoke to me and I felt it was perfect for this design.
Images on this card came from the following Kitchen Sink Stamps Sets:

CCEE2119 - Chocolate Chip Day
May CCEE Challenge hostess, Liz Williams has the CCEE Stampers celebrating May 13th which is Chocolate Chip Day. Who is not won over with a chocolate chip cookie in their life? So, on our cards this week Liz has asked us to represent this day any way we would like from chocolate chip cookies, to chocolate of any kind, or making use of brown as our main color focus.
I mixed together images from Stampin' Up's Nothing's Better Than set and the birthday girl from With Age Comes New Skills by Unity.
What chocolate delights do the CCEE DT members have prepared for you today?

Slimline Daisy Thanks - Kitchen Sink Stamps
After a wonderful weekend of celebrating Mother's Day with my family, I find myself in need of several Thank You cards. Today's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored design is one of those cards!
The background was created with their newly released SVG cut file, Herringbone Slimline Stencil. I first inked the entire panel with Distress Oxide Ink in scattered straw. I then brushed on the herringbone with DO ripe persimmon. The splatters were created with abandoned coral Distress Spray Stain.
The stamped images come from KSS Daisy and Watercolor Thanks.

CCEE2117 - Super Heroes
CCEE Stampers April hostess, Frances Byrne, informs us that yesterday, April 28, was Superhero Day. She has requested that the CCEE Stampers include a superhero or two on our cards this week. (Interpret Superhero, any way you like).
There are super heroes everywhere we look these days. So many have given so much of themselves during these times.
My card is focused on the men and women who serve our country in military service for us all. They have my utmost respect and sincere thanks as do all who have battled on the front lines to help us through this time of Covid. They number in the millions.
The stamped images on this card are from the layered set Military Boots by Gina Marie Designs. The die cut soldier is also from Gina Marie. The designer paper is by the Paper Studio.

Another Fun Pop-Out for Mother's Day - Kitchen Sink Stamps
For this week's Kitchen Sink Stamps sponsored design, I want to share another fun and easy pop out card which I created for Mother's Day using images from Spring Daffodils and sentiments from Whole Family, Words 4 Celebrating, and Bold Holiday Greetings.
This is is front of the card which looks just like a standard A2 card.
But open it up and here is what you see! A delightful surprise, don't you think?
The pop-out was created from a 6" x 6" square scored at 3 inches in both directions. It was then scored across the panel diagonally from one corner to the opposite corner. Easy peasy.
The triangle panels are pulled up to the center with a mountain fold and folded closed before creasing with a bone folder. Glue goes on the back for the 3 inch squares and the folded piece in inserted up to the crease of the card front. I decorated the triangle panels with Graphic 45 designer paper from the Artisan Style Collection. The doilies are from Stampin' Up.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Sunday Stamps - SSC255 - Spring Blooms
Crafting Happiness Challenges - Challenge #94 Anything Goes - Option Bright Colors
Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge Blog - Challenge #156 - Anything Goes
613 Avenue Create - April 2021 Challenge #4 - Anything Goes Option In the Garden

CCEE2116 - Tea or Coffee?
Frances Byrne, our April CCEE hostess is back today with another fun challenge for all you CCEE Stampers. Apparently the 21st of April was Tea Day. With that in mind, Frances has asked that we create a card that features tea or coffee.
My card features a fun image from the Unity set Coffee Helps. The coffee designer paper is also from Unity while the zany sentiment is from Rubbernecker Stamps.
