Round one required a design with designer paper and ribbon. Here is the card I created:
Stamps: Good Cheer by Technique Tuesday
Papers: PaperTrey Ink White, Martha Stewart Christmas Pad
Ink: Stampin' Up Real Red
Embellishment: Silver Cord and Satin Ribbon
Tool: Cuttlebug Tag Die Cut
Round two required at least one gift in the design. My design has three:
Stamps: Holy Triptych by Stampin' Up
Seek Him by Stampendous!
Papers: Naturals Ivory by Stampin' Up
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa and Copic Markers
Embellishment: Silver Cord and Satin Ribbon
I made it through to the final round where we had a photo inspiration of holiday treats in traditional colors. Here is my entry:
Stamps: Multi Step Build a Garland by Kitchen Sink Stamps
Good Cheer by Technique Tuesday
Papers: PaperTrey Ink White, Stampin' Up Real Red
Ink: Stampin' Up Real Red
Embellishment: Seam Binding Ribbon
Tool: Cuttlebug Embossing Folder, Martha Stewart Loop Punch
Winners will be announced Thursday night!
My final card today was created for Julie's Clean Up Challenge for Tangled Up in Creativity. She asked us to use left over bits and pieces from our desk to create a card for her November challenge.
As you can see, I have used pieces left over from my work on my third card for the SCS CAS design team challenge. You can clearly see a smudgy peppermint on the left and the addition of a third color which I decided to abandon. I really don't like spearmint, anyway! I added a few more layers, and it is going out to someone (possibly visually impaired) for Christmas.
