Mustang Island... I have been there! Many years ago my parents took us to Corpus Christi to visit my uncle who lived there. He was wheelchair bound from an oil rig accident but he sure loved to get around and fish. Anyway, we went to the beach on Mustang Island. Took a fairy over and back. So much fun! I have never had a sand burn before but that summer I learned how hot Texas sand can get! Woohoo! I would love to visit there someday again. Thanks for bringing back some very old memories! Love your card!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how realistic your red truck and palm trees look. Love the scene you built Lynn! Reminds me of many afternoons by the beach for me.
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I saw this I kept thinking that Jim and I needed to take a trip to the coast! This is so pretty Lynn. Love the palms and that wonderful truck.
