Deer at Sunset - LMS - KSS

The fourth Monday is one of the days each month that I post a scene created with images provided to me by Kitchen Sink Stamps. Today I have used my Ranger Distress Inks to sponge a sunset background for the Birch Trees Multi Step Clear Stamps. The sentiment is from Father's Pocket Watch Multi Step Clear Stamps. The deer is created with an Impression Obsession die.

CCEE1725 - Make Music Day

According to CCEE hostess, Frances Bryne, yesterday was World Music Day; Music Day and Make Music Day. Therefore she has asked that the CCEE Stampers include something music related on our cards this week.

When I saw today's theme, I knew I had to pull out Katie Girl by Unity Stamp Company. The background was stamped with Oxide Inks using Multi Step Guitar by Kitchen Sink Stamps. The globe die is by Sizzix.

The CCEE Stampers Design Team is welcoming a new member this week: the lovely and most talented Kelly McKown-Santi. We are so very thrilled to have her join us.

Check out her creation and those of the rest of the team at the links below. Then join us in this fun challenge and post your musical design on the CCEE Blog!

Texas Night Lights

I am back today after a week away enjoying the simple country life that my wonderful state of Texas has to offer. My time away was an inspiration for today's Let's Make a Scene design sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps. This week's scene depicts an old farm truck under an antique street light surrounded by fireflies!! Hope you love it as much as I loved making it!

CCEE1723 - World Ocean Day

According to CCEE hostess, Frances Bryne, today is World Ocean Day, so the challenge this week is to create a card that reminds you of something related to the ocean.

I combined a couple of my newest nautical treasures to create today's card. The images are from other side of fear by Unity. The die cut ocean waves are from the Sea Breeze Collection: Gentle Ocean by Couture Creations. I just noticed that I glued the waves in upside down. I better pay closer attention next time. LOL!!

The sets used include: Birch Trees Multi Step Clear Stamps, Cabin by the Lake Multi Step Clear Stamps, Lilacs Multi Step Clear Stamps, Lighthouse Multi Step Clear Stamps, and Tree Friends Multi Step Clear Stamps. CCEE1722 - Donut Day!

Frances Byrne is our CCEE Stampers hostess for the month of June. She has informed us that apparently the 2nd of June is Donut Day. In honor of donuts everywhere, she has challenged us to create something that has some type of "hole" in it. It can be a donut, cheese, fancy fold card with a hole … anything.

The fold flat diorama card I made on Monday had a great big hole in it so I decided to do a redesign on that for Donut Day! Today, however, I made it with the same design on both the front and back so that it can be used as a table decoration.

The scripture is from Our Daily Bread Designs.
The leaves are from Avant Garden by Stampin' Up.
The die cut crosses are from Spellbinders.
