Time for a Birthday!

This week I am creating simple masculine birthday cards for my Ten Minutes and Ten Minutes More designs sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps.

10 Minute Card

I am entering this card in AAA Cards' Game #65  The 2nd Big Birthday Bash.

I used Multi Step Father's Pocket Watch stamped with Memento Espresso Truffle, PTI Classic Kraft, and PTI Fine Linen on Stampin' Up Crumb Cake. The number 2 was die cut from SU Early Espresso. The sentiment was stamped with PTI Classic Kraft ink.

20 Minute Card
I used the extra ten minutes to create a shaker card for this design. I die cut the word party from the white cardstock front panel and covered the back of this panel with an acrylic sheet. Foam tape was used to frame the back of party before adding the white, black, and silver sequin and attaching it all to the Stampin' Up Smokey Slate card front.

Color Recipe for this watch:  Layer 3 Versafine Onyx Black, Layer 2 Memento Gray Flannel, Layer 1 PTI Soft Stone.

  10. I love that watch image...so realistic! And I'm really wowed by the party shaker. I've never thought to make a shaker out of words and now that I've seen how impressive it is, I just have to try that myself.
