New from the Kitchen

In today's post sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps, I am taking a break from my usual 10 Minutes and 10 Minutes More designs to share with you the latest new sets available to order or pre-order from Kitchen Sink Stamps now. So much wintery fun! What a great blend of images to mix and match with each other as well as KSS images you may already own. I have not even begun to use all the fun mini silhouettes included in Icy Pond and Snowy Cabin. They are awesome!

The new sets are:

Icy Pond Multi Step Clear Stamps
Rolling Hills Multi Step Clear Stamps
Snowy Cabin Multi Step Clear Stamps
Snowmen Multi Step Clear Stamps
Love 4 Ducky & Teddy Multi Step Clear Stamps
Make a Big Statement Clear Stamps

All the images in this first card are from Multi Step Icy Pond which is a mini set. It also includes silhouettes of skaters, kids on a sled, and an ice fisherman. I only used three inks on this card: Stampin' Up's Bashful Blue, Memento's Northern Pine, and Versafine Onyx Black.

The images except for the sentiment on the card below are from Multi Step Snowy Cabin. This cabin is smaller than the cabin in Cabin by the Lake and has a snowy covered roof with dangling icicles. The sentiment is from Greetings from the Woods Clear Stamps. The inks used for this card were SU Bashful Blue, Papertrey Ink Classic Craft, Fine Linen, and Dark Chocolate, and Memento Espresso Truffle.

For this monochromatic anniversary card, I used only two inks: Stampin' Up's Going Grey and Versafine Onyx Black. The snowy hillside was created using Rolling Hills Multi Step Clear Stamps while the trees are a part of the Snowy Cabin Multi Step Clear Stamps set. The sentiment is from Make a Big Statement and the pond and skaters are from Multi Step Icy Pond.

I do not have a white ink that is worth a darn so here is how I created the three step snowmen from the new Snowmen Multi Step Clear Stamps set ( which contains three snowman sizes by the way. Used here are the large and medium). I stamped layer one of the snowman on a pink sticky note and stuck it on top of my white cardstock to cut out layer one. That gave me the bright white layer. I then stamped layer 2 on the pre-cut snowman with Papertrey Ink's Soft Stone. I next stamped layer 3 with Stampin' Up's Bashful Blue. The features were added last, of course.

Today's final card uses a new companion set for Teddy and Ducky called, what else, Love 4 Ducky & Teddy Multi Step Clear Stamps. It includes the tiara and top hat as well a a sweet box of chocolates. There are sentiments included that would work well for Valentine's Day or an anniversary.

  1. Lynn, You have made these new stamps come alive in your beautifu scenes, and thanks for the peek at all the new sets. I love silhouettes so even though I have never done any of these snow activities myself, I would love to get that stamp. I will put that on my stamping budget for this month.

  9. Such cool stamps... I love the use of the glitter on the Warmest Wishes card. For some reason glitter makes me think of sparkling sun and that truly does warm me up!
