Designing with Daisies - KSS

I am so happy that you stopped by today for another 10 Minutes and 10 Minutes More Monday sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps. I have gone way back to one of Kitchen Sink Stamps' earliest images, the Daisy Multi Step Clear Stamps, to  design today's cards.

For the 10 minute card, I have created a one layer design with the daisy stamped on colored cardstock. I love how it turned out. The cardstock is Blushing Bride by Stampin' Up.

CCEE1535 - Bow Tie Day

Frances tells us that  tomorrow is Bow Tie Day, so for the CCEE challenge this week we are to include some sort of bow on our cards … it doesn't have to be a Bow Tie as long as it is a bow.

I love making masculine cards so I am sticking with the bow tie. Here is my card:

The images are from Three Gentlemen by Tim Holtz. The sentiment is from Wonderful Marvelous by Verve. The leaves are by May Arts.

4th Monday - KSS Let's Make a Scene

Fourth Monday brings with it another scenic design using images from Kitchen Sink Stamps. I really love the new Birch Trees Multi Step Clear Stamps. They look sensational with spring leaves, summer leaves, autumn leaves, or no leaves at all. I have featured them without leaves and bows on the trunks for today's holiday card. Today's post is sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps.

CCEE1534 - Lemonade Day

According to the Days of the Year web site, today is Lemonade Day …. Our CCEE hostess, Frances, asks us to celebrate it by creating cards that feature lemonade in some way. If you don't have anything Lemon or lemon related, feature some other kind of beverage.

My card for this week's CCEE Challenge was inspired by one of my favorite TV commercials of the summer which features the techno tune "Lemonade" by Sophie. I am sure you have seen McDonald's commercial with the catchy le-le-lemon-ade tune! It has me singing along every time it comes on!
