KSS Ten Minute Challenge - Partial Framing

For this week's ten minute card, I created a partial frame for my Kitchen Sink images. I used my oval Nestabilities for my frames, but any shape would do. To add additional interest to the design, I embossed the colored frame and allowed the sentiment to spill out of the frame on the card front. Each of this week's cards features one of the newest KSS sets which were released last week.

Should you like to share what you create using your Kitchen Sink Stamps and this layout in the Kitchen Sink Gallery, be sure to include keyword 10MC70.

Using the colors from this week's Color Challenge at Splitcoaststampers, I have created another Mother's Day design using Mother's Cameo just released from Kitchen Sink Stamps. I was lucky enough to get this metallic embroideried  French lace in both gold and silver in the clearance aisle at Hobby Lobby. The gold goes perfectly with the colors of SU More Mustard, Early Espresso, and Pool Party.

4 New KSS Sets and 10 Minute Challenge #69

Before we get to this week's KSS 10 Minute Design, I want to share some of the beautiful images being released today at Kitchen Sink Stamps. It was a real luxury for me to spend time playing with these gorgeous designs and to create a card or two that didn't take 10 minutes.

In addition to new stamps, Maria is also unveiling her new Rewards Program.

Buy 10 stamps of one size, get the 11th of the same size FREE.
Check out all the details by clicking the Rewards tab in the Kitchen Sink Store!

My first design today was created with Multi Step Mother's Cameo. This set is so perfect for beautiful and elegant Mother's Day cards. I paired it with some embroidered French lace and a sentiment from Whole Family.

This first 10 minute card was created with one of the humming birds from the final set being released today. This redesigned humming bird is much easier to layer and stamp than the one in the Year of  Thanks set. If you loved that bird, but couldn't master it, this set is for you!

KSS 10 Minute Challenge 68

For this week's Kitchen Sink 10 Minute Challenge, I first stamped my KSS flowers on a white card stock panel. I then used an embossing folder to frame part of the stamped image. After sponging a little color inside the frame, I glued each white panel to a colored card front. Easy peasy! If you would like to share the ones you create in the Kitchen Sink Gallery, be sure to include keyword 10MC68.

A big shout out goes to the Gulf Coast Paper Crafters after a fabulous day of creating their wonderful cards on Saturday. Thank you for an amazing day, ladies!

The KSS grass and carnations were a big hit on Saturday so I included them in my 10 Minute design.

This week I created "Clay Pots on the Patio" and filled them with some of my favorite Kitchen Sink blossoms for 10 Minute Challenge #66. I had a lot of fun with this design, and I hope you are inspired to create some for yourself. If you do, be sure to share them with Kitchen Sink fans in the KSS Gallery. Don't forget to include keyword 10MC66.
