Honoring SCS Queen for the Day - Wendybell

This card was inspired by and created to honor Splitcoaststamper's newest royalty, Wendy Weixler, who was crowned as Queen for the Day. Her fabulous Cowboy Friend as the inspiration for my design today.

    Lynn what a great card, I love the background paper and all the neutral tones. The sentiment is perfect not only for the theme of your card but given you are honouring another stamper too.
