Kitchen Sink Crew Challenge - 10 Minute Cards

The Kitchen Sink Crew Challenge 31 is to use your Kitchen Sink Stamps to create a 10 minute card! That is a difficult challenge for some of us on the Crew!! But the clean and simple style of 10 minute cards really allows the beauty and depth of the Kitchen Sink images to shine so I think 10 minutes designs and Kitchen Sink Stamps are a perfect fit.

We are also sharing with you the three new sets released on New Year's Eve to those attending the opening of Kitchen Sink Stamps' Forum and Gallery. What a great time we had! The stamp sets are Bunch O' Balloons, Champagne Celebration, and Sweet Heart Roses. These sets are available for purchase now in the Kitchen Sink Store. If you enter the store in the right sidebar, you will receive a 10% discount on all items in your cart - no code needed!

My first 10 minute card was created with Bunch O' Balloons - a great set for birthdays or celebrations of any kind!
Papers: Georgia Pacific White Card Stock, Poppy Parade by Stampin' Up
Color Recipe: Balloon - 3 SU Poppy Parade, 2 SU Poppy Parade stamped off once, 1 SU Poppy Parade stamped off once, 4 SU Cherry Cobbler
Curling Ribbon - Memento Tuxedo Black
Sentiment: SU Poppy Parade
Tools: Cuttlebug Birthday Embossing Folder

This second card was created for this week's Clean and Simple challenge over at Splitcoaststampers. For it we were to incorporate the "Kiss" technique into our design. How perfect for the KSS balloon! I stamped layer 1 last on this balloon and kissed it on a stamp from Big and Bold Swashes which had been inked with SU Melon Mambo.

Paper: SU Pink Pirouette
Color Recipe: 3 SU Blushing Bride, 2 SU Blushing Bride, 4 SU Regal Rose, 1 SU Blushing Bride kissed with SU Melon Mambo swashes
Sentiment: SU Melon Mambo
Curling Ribbon: Melon Mambo

Here is my final ten minute creation today! I really enjoy making these quick and easy cards, especially when I need a bunch in a hurry!!
