Thanks a Million Coach!

I wanted to create a very masculine thank you card for the baseball coach of a friend. I decided to go monochromatic brown to give the card an aged, vintage feel. I stamped the glove first and then masked it so I could add the bats. The bats were added one at a time and each one masked before adding the next. I felt the card needed a little texture so I pierced the edge and added stitching (hopefully resembling the seam of a baseball) before sponging the edges with Chocolate Chip. I stamped baseballs on the Close to Cocoa card front and then added the stamped Kraft panel matted in Chocolate Chip.

I really love this fabulous Baseball Multi Step Clear Stamps set from Kitchen Sink Stamps. Not only are the images easy to layer but it comes with so many sensational sentiments from birthday to Father's Day to Thanks Coach (and many more).
